PROJECT MANAGER

About the role

Plan, manage and oversee construction projects from start to completion. Coordinate project activities, manpower, materials and equipment. Monitor project progress, quality, cost and work schedule. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor project schedules and work programmes
• Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications and project requirements
• Monitor site issues and ensure timely problem-solving
• Review project drawings, documents and technical requirements
• Manage project budgets and control project costs
• Monitor subcontractor and supplier performance
• Attend site meetings and prepare project progress updates
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory requirements
• Manage project documentation, reports and records
• Identify project risks and implement appropriate corrective actions

About you

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant project management experience
• Strong leadership, communication and coordination skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines
• Knowledge of construction methods, drawings and site operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of MS Project/AutoCAD is an advantage
• Willing to travel and work at project sites when required
