**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an intelligent person who can read a room and who can communicate with others effectively. While we favor applicants with relevant, professional work experience...but if not, we are very happy to train you in our line of work.

**Responsibilities:**

• • Pay attention - Take Notes

-- Learn how we do things (we will train you)

--Do these things with a desire to succeed and with a streak of independence

-- Work well with others

--Ask questions

--You will be negotiating with landowners to purchase or lease parcels of land that are suitable for development of battery energy storage systems (BESS)

-- You will be responsible for securing the various Town, Electric Utility Company and other permits required to allow us to build these BESSs

-- You will travel in NY and MA to prospective project locations

--You will be required to attend Town meetings that typically occur weekday evenings. Siome overnight travel may be required.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
