Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation, utilizing tools such as ProCore and Microsoft Office.
• Coordinate construction schedules, ensuring alignment across multiple teams and subcontractors to maintain momentum throughout project phases.
• Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and implement cost control measures to maximize efficiency without compromising quality.
• Oversee construction site activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, construction regulations, and environmental standards.
• Lead project teams by assigning tasks, providing guidance, and fostering effective communication among stakeholders.
• Review construction plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with contractual requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and regulatory compliance records.
• On-Site presence is Required.

Skills

• Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Microsoft Project, and other project management tools.
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating, scheduling , and cost management practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints accurately.
• Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of managing teams in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Deep understanding of Construction Methods, safety standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating between clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Time management expertise to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in project execution.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
