Brosnan’s strong company culture is built around our purpose and vision, which drives how we approach and deliver our award-winning commercial projects. We know this starts with having the best people on our team – people who take ownership and develop innovative solutions.
At Brosnan, we are serious about career development and offer opportunities for learning, training, and growth. We build relationships with people who share our purpose of making a positive difference and are excited to help restore people’s confidence in construction.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a unique opportunity for a Project Manager to take ownership of a meaningful regional project for a high-profile public-sector client in the Upper North Island. You’ll manage delivery from start to finish, providing clear leadership across both project requirements and day-to-day site coordination.
This role gives you the opportunity to take full ownership of a project and lead its delivery from the front. You’ll be responsible for planning and coordinating the works, managing subcontractors and suppliers, maintaining programme and budget, overseeing quality and health and safety, and keeping the client and wider project team informed.
As Project Manager, you’ll have a high level of ownership and autonomy, with the opportunity to broaden your experience across both project management and construction delivery. This role would suit someone who is confident in taking responsibility, enjoys leading from the front, and is ready to run a project with support from the wider Brosnan team.
If you’re organised, proactive and enjoy being hands-on, building relationships and taking ownership, this is a great opportunity to develop your career with Brosnan.
