About the role

Project Manager responsible for handling local high-end residential development, managing all stages including project design, tendering, administration, completion, handover and defect rectification.

Key responsibilities

• Handle local high-end residential development
• Manage all stages including project design, tendering, administration, completion, handover and defect rectification
• Coordinate and supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Monitor project progress and performance, and provide regular updates to the management team
• Coordinate with internal and external parties, consultants and contractors
• Review design presentation and detail design drawings from consultants
• Manage property maintenance and renovation works

About you

• Possess recognized qualifications of Member of HKIA or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years' solid experience
• Experience in managing luxurious residential projects or working with property developer is an advantage
• Knowledge of local regulations and procedures of building, planning and land submissions
• Effective in leadership, team playing and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in both English and Chinese
