Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for managing, controlling, and supervising the implementation of teams and services, including but not limited to the organization and coordination of projects, and improving project management processes.

2. Conduct process management for project objectives, schedules, quality, financial costs, resources, etc., and drive and ensure high-quality delivery.

3. Effectively facilitate cooperation and delivery with the government to achieve mutual goals; provide outcomes that meet required quality standards.

4. Keenly identify and analyze issues and bottlenecks within teams, businesses, and projects, conduct risk predictions, and manage preemptively.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, or other IT-related majors.

2. More than 11 years of working experience, with experience in managing system implementation service projects; experience in real-time ticketing services is preferred.

3. Fluent in Cantonese and English (fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with certain oral and written translation skills).

4. Familiar with business social etiquette, strong public relations coordination and social skills, adept at establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships.

5. Strong resilience, able to adapt to temporary work tasks or handle emergencies.

6. Strong language expression skills, quick thinking, and basic business negotiation abilities.

1、負責管理、控制和監督實現團隊和服務，包括但不限於專案的組織協調，完善專案管理 流程等;

2、對專案目標、進度、品質、財務成本、資源等進行過程管理，並推動和確保高質交付;

3、有效促成與政府的合作和交付，完成雙方目標; 提供符合要求的質量標準的成果;

4、能敏銳發現和分析團隊、業務、專案中的問題及卡點，進行風險預判和提前管理;

任職要求：

1、計算機科學、電氣電子工程或其他 IT 相關專業學位本科及以上學歷;

2、11年以上工作經驗，且管理過系統實施服務專案，即時票務服務經驗更佳;

3、粵語、英語流利（聽說讀寫流利，且具有一定的口譯及筆譯能力）;

4、熟悉商務社交禮儀，有較強公關協調能力和社交能力，善於建立和維護人際關係;

5、抗壓能力強，能適應臨時工作任務或突發事件的處理;

6、較強的語言表達能力，思維敏捷，具備基本的商務談判能力。
