Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive customer ICT projects. The candidate will lead the end-to-end project cycles including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and completion as well as ensuring alignment with business objectives while managing change, risks, and stakeholder expectations.

Your Role:

• Define project goals, scope, and deliverables; develop detailed project plans and budgets.
• Oversee implementation of the project ensuring requirement met.
• Manage project resources, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.

To Succeed in this Role :

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in IT project management, successfully delivering ICT/software development projects across the full project lifecycle.
• Strong hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management frameworks and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project).
• Solid understanding of system architecture, enterprise IT infrastructure, and modern software development practices to bridge business needs and technical teams.
• Demonstrated capability in managing cross-functional technical teams, third-party vendors, and internal business stakeholders.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong leadership, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
