Project Manager

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team!
  
Are you an experienced construction professional ready to take the lead on impactful projects? This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a pivotal role where you will drive the delivery of construction projects from start to finish, working alongside a dedicated team of engineers and site supervisors. Based primarily in Kuala Lumpur, this role offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to make a real difference in how projects are delivered — on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  
What you'll be doing?

• Project Leadership — Lead and supervise a team of engineers and site supervisors to ensure construction projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Stakeholder Coordination — Liaise with Main Contractors, Consulting Engineers, Clients, Sub-Contractors, and Suppliers to ensure seamless project implementation and smooth on-site operations.
• Materials & Logistics Management — Coordinate material requirements and oversee the timely delivery of the Nehemiah Wall System in alignment with construction schedules.
• Technical Support — Provide hands-on technical assistance to main contractors for the installation and erection of the Nehemiah Wall System, ensuring all works meet required specifications and standards.
• Quality Supervision — Supervise the casting of Nehemiah Wall panels and uphold the highest standards of quality throughout production and installation.
• Quality Assurance Implementation — Support the successful implementation of the company's Quality Control Assurance Manual across all project activities.

Who are they looking for?

• Construction Experience — A background of 5 to 8 years in the construction industry is required, bringing solid knowledge of site operations and project workflows.
• Leadership Ability — Strong leadership and people management capabilities are essential to inspire and guide a team of engineers and site supervisors effectively.
• Project Implementation Expertise — Demonstrated experience in handling construction project implementation and on-site coordination across different project phases.
• Communication & Problem-Solving Skills — Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills are key to navigating complex, fast-paced construction environments.
• Self-Driven & Deadline-Oriented — The ability to work independently and manage multiple workstreams under tight timelines is an important part of thriving in this role.
• Travel Flexibility — Willingness to travel for outstation project assignments as and when required.
