Position Overview:

Parkwest General Contractors is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager with a proven track record in commercial construction and hotel/hospitality developments. As a key representative of Parkwest General Contractors, the Project Manager is expected to uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and respect when interacting with clients, team members, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Serving as the primary operational and administrative leader, the Project Manager oversees total project performance—directing financial management, schedule integration, risk mitigation, and quality assurance to ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably, on schedule, and in strict accordance with design specifications.

Specific job duties may vary depending on project scope and are subject to modification by Parkwest General Contractors leadership. At a minimum, the Construction Project Manager is responsible for the core duties and responsibilities outlined below.

Core Responsibilities:

· Project Leadership & Representation: Serve as the primary client and field liaison, managing all operations with complete professionalism and adherence to industry standards.

· Schedule & Operations Management: Develop, monitor, and adjust project master schedules to ensure target milestones are met. Provide regular daily status reports to executive leadership.

· Subcontractor & Vendor Procurement: Source, manage, and coordinate local vendors and trade contractors. Oversee equipment deliveries, material shipments, and trade requests efficiently.

· Superintendent Support & Coordination: Collaborate directly with site Superintendents and Project Coordinators, ensuring field teams receive adequate resources, guidance, and support.

· Financial Administration & Estimation Support: Assist accounting with monthly billing percentages and pay applications. Review scope documents, drawings, and specifications to assist in estimating labor, material, and time requirements.

· Document Control & Log Management: Maintain complete, up-to-date project documentation within the company server, tracking all change orders, submittals, RFIs, and project logs.

· Closeout Package Execution: Compile and deliver complete project closeout packages, including warranties, O&M manuals, and final releases.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience: 8+ years of dedicated Construction Project Management experience, specifically within Commercial and Hospitality sectors (renovations and Tenant Improvements).
• Software Proficiency:
• Procore: Primary project management platform for RFI management, submittals, change orders, daily logs, and financial tracking.
• Bluebeam Revu: Plan reviews, document markups, quantity takeoffs, and detail coordination.
• MS Project: Master schedule development, baseline maintenance, and timeline tracking.
• MS Office Suite: Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook for financial summaries and formal correspondence.
• Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel to various project sites and regional locations as business needs dictate.
• Professional Standards: Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong team management capabilities.
