Project Manager

About the role

We need an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute building operations. You will manage every phase of the project lifecycle from pre-construction to final handover. Success in this role means controlling costs, maintaining safety rules, and leading multi-disciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and intermediate phases to hit critical deadlines
• Prepare cost estimates, negotiate vendor contracts, and manage project expenses to prevent budget overages
• Secure necessary building permits, licenses, and ensure full adherence to local codes and safety regulations
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, general contractors, and specialized subcontractors
• Direct on-site workers and subcontractors to ensure top-notch quality standards
• Track key performance indicators and provide clear status updates to clients and stakeholders

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Proven working experience as a Construction Project Manager in commercial or residential building
• Deep understanding of construction processes, materials, drawings, and building regulations
• Proficiency in project management and scheduling software
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and verbal communication abilities
