PROJECT MANAGER

Argold Jobs Inc. is seeking an experienced, results-driven IT Project Manager to lead and oversee technology projects from initiation through final delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for defining project scope, aligning technical teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring systems are deployed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects across cross-functional engineering and software development teams.
• Define project objectives, scope, timelines, resource requirements, and detailed project roadmaps.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospective meetings in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests to minimize project bottlenecks.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between technical teams, PMO leads, executive leadership, and external clients.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, progress reports, and executive dashboards.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as an IT Project Manager leading technical teams and software projects.
• Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary IT teams (developers, QA engineers, systems analysts, and infrastructure teams).
• Proficient with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello, MS Project, or Excel-based trackers).
• Exceptional communication, leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• PMP, CSM (Certified ScrumMaster), or Lean Six Sigma certifications are highly preferred.
