Project Manager

1. Manage complete interior fit-out and renovation projects from start to final handover.
2. Plan project schedules, manpower, materials, resources & timelines.
3. Coordinate daily with site supervisors, engineers, workers, subcontractors, suppliers & production teams.
4. Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers & building management.
5. Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and specifications.
6. Review architectural, interior, MEP & joinery drawings and coordinate with the relevant teams.
7. Coordinate custom joinery production, delivery & installation with the factory/production team.
8. Plan and follow up on material procurement and ensure materials are available on time.
9. Monitor project costs, variations, manpower & material requirements.
10. Identify site issues, delays & technical problems and provide practical solutions.
11. Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress updates to management.
12. Ensure proper quality control and workmanship throughout the project.
13. Coordinate MEP, civil, gypsum, ceiling, flooring, painting, joinery, kitchen, wardrobe & other fit-out works.
14. Coordinate required approvals, inspections, permits & NOCs where applicable.
15. Manage snagging, rectification, testing, inspection & final handover.
16. Maintain proper project documentation, reports, schedules & records.
17. Ensure all works are carried out safely and in accordance with UAE requirements.
18. Manage multiple projects and ensure timely completion.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Minimum 2 years of UAE experience is mandatory.
2. Previous experience as a Project Manager / Project Engineer / Project Coordinator in interior fit-out, renovation, construction, or joinery.
3. Strong knowledge of interior fit-out and renovation works.
4. Experience with residential villas, apartments, offices, or commercial projects is preferred.
5. Good understanding of joinery, kitchens, wardrobes, ceilings, gypsum, flooring, painting, civil and MEP coordination.
6. Ability to read and understand architectural, interior, MEP & shop drawings.
7. Strong client, consultant, supplier & subcontractor coordination skills.
8. Good leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
9. Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.
10. UAE driving license is preferred.
11. Candidate should be able to work independently and manage site activities effectively.
