Project Manager

$180K + Super + Car

An established commercial builder specialising in education and government projects is seeking an experienced Project Manager following several new project wins.

Based in Parramatta, the business delivers school and university new builds and refurbishments valued up to $10M. It has a strong pipeline of secured work and longstanding relationships with repeat clients.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be trusted to run your own projects from pre-construction through to completion, with the support of an experienced leadership team.

The Role

• Manage projects from pre-construction and procurement through to handover
• Take ownership of programs, budgets and contractual obligations
• Lead site teams, consultants and subcontractors
• Oversee procurement, subcontractor packages and cost control
• Manage client relationships, progress meetings and reporting
• Monitor variations, claims, RFIs, quality and project risk
• Maintain accurate project information through Procore

About You

• Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects as a Project Manager
• Experience across education, government or similar commercial projects
• Strong new build and refurbishment experience
• Sound commercial, contractual and programming knowledge
• Confident managing clients, consultants and subcontractors
• Procore experience is essential
• Relevant construction management or building qualification
