Project Manager

We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager who can both manage and execute projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading project delivery, managing client relationships, and working closely with the management team to ensure successful project outcomes in a fast-paced agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver end-to-end event projects, ensuring quality, timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met
• Manage multiple projects across planning, budgeting, execution, and post-event evaluation
• Act as the key contact person for clients and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and project discussions
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, designers, and production partners to ensure smooth project execution
• Review project deliverables and provide practical recommendations where needed
• Oversee onsite event operations and resolve issues when required
• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met

Requirements

• 6-8 years' relevant experience in event management, experiential marketing, exhibition, or agency environment
• Proven experience managing projects and client accounts independently
• Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills
• Excellent client-facing, presentation, and communication skills
• Hands-on and comfortable managing both project planning and execution
• Strong problem-solving skills with sound judgement and practical thinking
• Demonstrated ownership mindset and ability to proactively solve project challenges
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and accountable
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members is a plus
