PhyhanAgro is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team.

We are building a technology-driven agricultural platform designed to connect farmers, buyers, riders, and verified export partners while making agricultural commerce, logistics, payments, verification, and access to global markets more efficient.

We are currently looking for a Project Manager with 2+ years of relevant experience who is passionate about technology, agriculture, startups, and building impactful products.

To use technology to simplify agricultural commerce by connecting farmers, buyers, logistics providers, and export partners through a reliable platform that supports market access, logistics, payments, verification, and global trade.

What You'll Do

As Project Manager, you will help coordinate the team and ensure that ideas are transformed into measurable progress.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and coordinating projects and product development activities
• Breaking projects into tasks, milestones, and timelines
• Working with developers, designers, marketing, and other team members
• Tracking progress and ensuring agreed deadlines are met
• Identifying blockers, risks, and dependencies
• Organizing team meetings and following up on action items
• Helping maintain clear communication across teams
• Supporting product planning and prioritization
• Preparing progress updates and project reports
• Helping establish effective workflows and team processes
• Ensuring team members understand their responsibilities and deliverables

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of project management experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience coordinating technical/software projects is a strong advantage
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Comfortable working with remote/online teams
• Proactive problem-solving mindset
• Ability to hold team members accountable respectfully
• Good understanding of software development workflows
• Experience with tools such as Trello, Jira, Notion, ClickUp, Asana, or similar is an advantage
• Most importantly, commitment, initiative, and willingness to build
