The Opportunity

You'll take responsibility for delivering commercial construction projects across all phases—from planning through to completion.

Working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and site teams, you'll ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably and to the high standards ICG is known for.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing commercial construction projects from planning through to completion
• Developing and managing project programs
• Procurement and subcontractor management
• Managing project budgets, forecasting and cost control
• Contract administration and commercial management
• Driving safety, quality, program and client outcomes
• Leading project teams and supporting Site Managers and Supervisors
• Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
• Preparing project reporting and communicating with key stakeholders
• Identifying and managing project risks and opportunities

About You

You'll be someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and building strong relationships.

You'll ideally bring:

• 3+ years' experience managing commercial construction projects
• Proven ability to successfully deliver projects from start to finish
• Strong commercial awareness and financial management skills
• Experience with contract administration and procurement
• Excellent planning and program management capability
• Confidence working directly with clients and consultants
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or similar (preferred)
