Project Manager

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Project Management, Management, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager / Project Coordinator, preferably in the mining, chemical, manufacturing, or engineering industry.

• Experienced in managing projects from planning and execution through completion.

• Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, manpower, resource allocation, quality, and risk management.

• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to coordinate effectively with internal teams, vendors, contractors, clients, and other stakeholders.

• Able to work with deadlines and in a dynamic project environment.

• Willing to travel for business trips and site visits when required.

• Chinese /English language skills are an additional advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and oversee project execution according to agreed scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety requirements.

• Develop project plans, schedules, resource requirements, and monitor project progress.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.

• Coordinate internal teams, contractors, vendors, and relevant stakeholders.

• Ensure project activities comply with company standards and applicable regulations.

• Prepare regular project progress reports and provide updates to management.

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with established objectives.
