Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• To plan, execute and monitor projects to ensure smooth implementation of project according to company policies and procedures to ensure quality, timely delivery and upkeep of safety standard.
• To lead the team and ensure all of the works are carried out and comply with the required specifications.
• To supervise and monitor day-to-day activities on project sites.
• To liaise with project consultants, contractors and any other relevant personnel on all technical and/or site matters to ensure smooth project execution.
• To coordinate consultant meeting and contractor monthly site meeting.
• To verify work programme submitted by contractor and to recommend for acceptance of contractor's implementation proposal against company objectives.
• Responsible to provide necessary mentoring and job related training to any junior staff under your supervision.
• Manage risks, issues, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• To perform any other duties that may be assigned by your immediate superior / management from time to time.

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management/ Architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the construction or related field/industry.
• Project Management skills with experience in the construction/property development industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill to manage diverse stakeholders.
• Able to think quickly, decisively and deal courteously with site problem and tactfully with other members of the project team.
• Leadership skill to guide and motivate project teams.
