Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the project plan, including defining the scope, timeline, budget, and resource requirements.

• Organize and lead project meetings to review progress, address issues, and make key decisions.

• Monitor project progress and performance against the plan, and take corrective action as needed to keep the project on track.

• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders on a regular basis.

• Coordinate the efforts of the cross-functional development team, including engineers, designers, and quality assurance personnel.

• Collaborate with the client to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and managed effectively.

• Document project processes, decisions, and lessons learned to support continuous improvement.

• Prepare functional specifications and user requirements and communicate with the technical team for feasibility and scheduling.

• Control the project-related risk management process and handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience managing IT development projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to create and execute project plans.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, GWS, RPA Tool(Zapier , N8N), or equivalent platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
• Solid understanding of the payment industry, including payment flows, systems, or related regulations.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• PMP or other project management certification is preferred.
• Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and Mandarin.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or cross-border payment industry is a definite advantage.
