Project Manager

The Project Manager Cultfit Projects is responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of Cult Projects across assigned regions. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing vendors and contractors, ensuring design and quality standards, and delivering projects within defined timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from site handover to completion.
• Prepare Project schedules(WBS)
• Assess site feasibility and coordinate with Design, Operations, Business, and Procurement teams for approvals.
• Conduct detailed site surveys and ensure drawings reflect actual site conditions.
• Prepare project BOQs, budget estimates, and track cost utilization.
• Monitor cost overruns and maintain transparent budget reporting.
• Coordinate with Operations for smooth center/store launch.

2. Vendor, Contractor & Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with consultants, civil & interior contractors and equipment vendors
• Lead daily calls with internal teams and vendor execution teams.
• Ensure vendors follow Cultfits quality, material, and safety guidelines and protocols.
• Resolve on-ground execution challenges efficiently to avoid project delays.
• Conduct quality checks across Civil & Interior, Electrical, HVAC, equipment installation, and finishing.

3. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain daily/weekly progress reports, WBS updates, snag lists, and handover documents.
• Track project progress using dashboards and present status updates to leadership.
• Ensure proper documentation for site handover, project closure, and contractor billing.

Required Skills & Competencies

1. Strong project planning and execution capability.
2. Knowledge of Civil, MEP, HVAC, Electrical, and Interior works (end-to-end fit-out experience).
3. Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects across different locations simultaneously.
5. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience & Qualifications

1. 10-12 years of experience in Retail Fit-Out, Commercial Interior Projects, Hospitality, or Gym/Studio Build-outs.
2. B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent.
