Job Description
Vision Homes Building Contracting is looking for an experienced Project Site Manager to oversee villa construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily site activities and construction progress.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers.
- Monitor project quality, safety, and timelines.
- Review drawings and coordinate with engineers and consultants.
- Prepare progress reports and resolve site issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience in villa construction and contracting.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and site supervision.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities efficiently.
- UAE experience is an advantage.
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
