Job Responsibilities

• Independently manage project execution in collaboration with Operations Heads and Designers, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
• Lead on-site coordination, acting as the primary contact for clients, subcontractors, factories, and suppliers to maintain project momentum and resolve challenges proactively.
• Monitor and oversee the full lifecycle of fitting-out projects, including planning, execution, and delivery, while maintaining control over budget, timeline, and quality.
• Track project milestones and provide updates to management, highlighting risks and proposing strategies.
• Attend site meetings to assess progress and ensure safety control measures compliance with project specifications.
• Prepare and maintain site documentation, including progress reports, photo records, work schedules and relevant materials.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in fitting-out, construction, or interior design projects.
• Good command of both English and Chinese languages;
• Good team player, responsible, willing to learn and can work independently
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Immediate availability is an advantage
