The Role

We’re looking for an experienced and organised Project Manager to oversee multiple projects from planning through to completion. You’ll turn approved scopes into well‑run, efficiently delivered projects, ensuring quality, safety and customer satisfaction at every stage.

This is a hands‑on role: you’ll be on site, managing trades, solving problems, protecting budgets and keeping projects moving.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan projects, programmes and pre‑start activities
• Coordinate trades, labour, materials and suppliers
• Manage day‑to‑day delivery across several live sites
• Carry out site visits, inspections and quality checks
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and compliance
• Communicate clearly with customers and stakeholders
• Track variations, labour, materials and project costs
• Produce weekly progress updates and maintain records
• Use own construction skills to provide practical support when required

What You’ll Bring

• Experience managing residential refurbishment or home improvement projects
• Strong practical understanding of domestic construction
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Excellent organisation and communication skills
• Commercial awareness and budget control experience
• Knowledge of H&S, RAMS, CDM and building standards
• Full UK driving licence

Desirable

• Carpentry or trade background
• Experience with job management systems
