Location: Har Tuv B Industrial Area, Beit Shemesh, Israel

Employment Type: Full-time, on-site, 42 hours per week

Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, supporting US business hours:

● Sunday: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM

● Monday–Thursday: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM

About the Role

INNOVA is seeking an organized, proactive, and customer-focused Project

Manager to join our growing HVAC company.

In this role, you will oversee projects from confirmed sale through installation,

commissioning, and warranty activation. You will serve as the primary point of

coordination between customers, installers, sales representatives, and

internal teams, ensuring each project progresses smoothly and meets

company standards.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building professional

relationships, managing multiple priorities, and taking ownership of tasks

from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Customer Communication

● Review confirmed sales orders and initiate the project workflow.

● Establish contact with customers, explain the installation process, and

align expectations regarding timelines and next steps.

● Coordinate with assigned installers, sales teams, developers, and other

stakeholders throughout each project.

● Track progress, proactively identify potential delays or issues, and

coordinate timely resolutions.

Installer Training & Installation Oversight

● Schedule and coordinate installer training, including remote sessions

where applicable.

● Ensure installers receive the required manuals, certification forms, and

project documentation and understand company procedures.

● Coordinate mock-up installations, pre-installation inspections, and

installation quality checks.

● Follow up on installation certification requirements, including required

sampling and supporting documentation.

● Oversee projects carried out through third-party representatives,

ensuring installer training and execution meet company standards.

Project Completion & Documentation

● Ensure commissioning documentation is submitted when systems are

activated.

● Verify that all project requirements and documentation are complete

before coordinating warranty activation and issuance.

● Maintain accurate, complete, and consistent project records.

● Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining close

attention to timelines, details, and follow-through.

Post-Installation Support & Process Improvement

● Support customers after installation, including coordinating

maintenance guidance, troubleshooting, and follow-up.

● Maintain ongoing customer communication to support satisfaction and

proper system use.

● Help improve project workflows, coordination processes, and

installation standards.

Requirements

● Up to 3 years of experience in project management or a customer

management role.

● Native-level English, with excellent written and verbal communication

skills.

● Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects

and priorities.

● Confident, professional communication with customers, installers, and

internal teams.

● A proactive approach to problem-solving, with strong ownership and

consistent follow-through.

● High attention to detail, particularly when tracking project requirements

and maintaining documentation.

● Ability to learn technical products, installation processes, and company

procedures.

● Availability to work on-site during the stated schedule.
