About the Role

Support Program/Project Manager on handling project tasks, to meet timeline and within budget with customer focused and can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support Program/Project Manager on handling project tasks, to meet timeline and within budget with customer focused and can-do attitude
• Manage business requirements from customers and work with the project team to prioritize work requested and drive project to completion
• Manage users’ expectation, change of scope on projects deliverables and resolve/escalate any issues as required with a customer focused attitude
• Manage project timelines and validates project deliverables with the project team, vendors and contractors to meet business objectives
• Manage the project documentation and communications to the project team and business departments
• Provide project status reports, meeting minutes, business requirement documents and other project artifacts in accordance with the Project Management Standards
• Communicates project status, issues and risks etc. to Customer’s management timely and professionally in accordance with the Project Management Standards
• Interface with supplier(s) and performs vendor management

Qualifications

• Position is based in Macao, SAR.

Required Skills

• Must speak fluent Cantonese and Mandarin. English is preferred.
• IT project management experience (preferably IT application development and business requirement gathering experience)
• Able to work independently and proactively under dynamic fast-paced environment with can do attitude.

Preferred Skills

Fluent Mandarin and Cantonese required; fluent English is a plus.
