About you
- Minimum 10 years of experience as Project Manager
- S1 degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field preferred)
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Strong leadership qualities and experience managing large-scale projects
- Experience in construction, oil & gas, and petrochemical industries
- Strong integrity, discipline, and high work motivation
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork capabilities
- Understanding of workplace safety standards (K3/HSE) in energy and construction industries
- Willing to be placed at project locations as needed by the company
- Proficiency in industry-specific software
