Project Manager

• Plan, manage, and oversee projects including store opening, renovation, refurbishment, fit-out, and store improvement projects from planning through completion.
• Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource plans to ensure projects are delivered according to targets.
• Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy and alignment of Bill of Quantity (BoQ), project budget, materials, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, costs, quality, and material usage to ensure alignment with the approved project plan and BoQ.
• Review and evaluate vendor quotations, scope of work, project costs, and variation orders, and support the negotiation process with vendors and contractors.
• Conduct regular site visits and project inspections to ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Identify potential project risks, issues, and delays, and develop appropriate solutions to ensure timely project completion.
• Ensure all project activities comply with company standards, safety requirements, construction regulations, and applicable procedures.
• Coordinate the project handover, defect rectification, and project closing process.
• Prepare regular reports on project progress, budget utilization, risks, and overall project status for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or in a similar role, preferably in retail or store development.

• Proven experience in Bill of Quantity (BoQ), cost estimation, project budgeting, and cost control.

• Good understanding of construction, renovation, fit-out, MEP, and store development processes.

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, layouts, specifications, and scope of work.

• Strong skills in project planning, budgeting, cost control, and timeline management.

• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with project management tools is an advantage.

• Willing to conduct site visits and travel as required by the project.
