Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager is accountable for delivery of projects to safety, cost, quality and schedule targets. This role involves managing and coordinating critical project workflows, interfacing with clients and internal departments, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Project Manager will conduct regular project risk assessments, review lessons learned from previous projects, and monitor both internal and external MOC processes.

Key responsibilities

• Accountable for delivery of the projects to safety, cost, quality and schedule targets
• Manage and coordinate critical project work flow
• Work with Prime Contract Administration Manager in contractual/commercial management
• Interface and coordinate with all concerned departments/functional groups
• Provide main interface with client and ensure meeting customer satisfaction
• Regularly conduct project risk assessment with all concerned departments/functional groups and ensure mitigation plan/action will be implementing
• Chair regular periodic project meetings with client
• Drive planning within the project so activities are clearly defined, sequenced and resourced
• Review and approve cost and schedule progress reports
• Work with Project Control Manager in budgeting, cost control and project scheduling to ensure project performance is meeting the goal

About you

• Bachelor Degrees in Engineering
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in construction, engineering or Project Management
• Project management processes
• Experience in EPC of offshore platform, module and/or others facilities in oil & gas and/or energy sectors
• Risk Management
• Contractual knowledge
