Project Manager

Responsibilities

·       Report to Senior Management and oversee project operations, including developing and managing project plans, schedules, progress tracking and risk management.

·       Manage and oversee the work of cross-functional teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

·       Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project team members.

·       Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

·       Communicate project progress and updates to Senior Management and clients together with the project team

·       Identify and implement appropriate risk management strategies.

·       Assis in tender preparation.

·       Provide engineering design and technical advises on relevant Mechanical, Electrical and Process (MEP) where applicable.

·       Support the welfare and needs of project team members.

Requirement:

·       Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP project management, preferably in the construction or semiconductor industry.

·       Ability to motive, guide and manage project teams effectively.

·       Strong organizational skills and ability to develop and manage detailed project plans.

·       Good problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.

·       Strong communication skills when dealing with clients and team members.

·       Able to work independently and demonstrate good resourcefulness.

·       Familiar with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office and related engineering software.

·       Relevant degree or professional certification in project management or engineering

·       Proficient in English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
