Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Contract and Statement of Work (SOW) Management

• Develop a strong understanding of Statements of Work (SOWs), Change Orders (COs), and client contracts.
• Review contractual documents to understand project scope, deliverables, timelines, acceptance criteria, and commercial terms.
• Track contractual obligations and notify engagement teams of potential deviations from agreed commitments.
• Ensure all project deliverables align with contractual requirements.

Timecard and Resource Governance

• Support the administration of timecard systems and ensure resources accurately record hours against assigned projects.
• Monitor timesheet compliance and resolve discrepancies with project teams.
• Assist with resource onboarding, extensions, and engagement approvals.

Reporting and Data Management

• Proficiency with project and portfolio management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, SharePoint, MS Project, Jira, PlanView, or similar).
• Maintain and analyze project and resource data within Power BI dashboards and operational databases.
• Partner with Finance, Delivery, and Operations teams to correct inaccurate data.

Engagement Tracking and Governance

• Maintain comprehensive records of active engagements, deliverables, milestones, and client approvals.

• Track project acceptance criteria and document customer sign-offs.

• Manage monthly status reporting, including:

• Project progress

• Resource utilization

• Financial status

• Deliverable completion status

Risk and Issue Management

• Use Risk Register as a tool to identify discrepancies
• Escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders when required.
• Support corrective action planning and follow-up activities.

Ticketing and Resource Approval Processes

• Submit and track requests for resource onboarding, extensions, and project approvals.
• Ensure approvals are obtained in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.

Customer Satisfaction Management

• Coordinate Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) surveys twice annually.
• Track survey responses and follow up with customers to improve participation.
• Collaborate with Sales and Engagement Managers to address customer feedback.
• Maintain records of customer satisfaction trends and action plans.

Documentation and Compliance Management

• Maintain organized client engagement folders and project repositories.
• Ensure all required documentation is properly stored and accessible.
• Manage complaint documentation and escalation records.
• Verify that project records comply with organizational standards and audit requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experienced in PMO, Project Coordination, Delivery Operations, or Engagement Management support.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and delivery governance.
• Experience working with SOWs, Change Orders, contracts, and commercial documentation.
• Familiarity with financial concepts such as bill rates, margins, budgets, and resource costing.
• Experience using Power BI, reporting tools, and project management systems.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
