Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage construction, renovation, refurbishment, maintenance, and civil projects across multiple properties and business verticals.

• Supervise site execution, quality, timelines, and overall project progress.

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, consultants, and site teams.

• Prepare and review BOQs, estimates, quotations, and material requirements.

• Monitor project costs, measurements, contractor bills, and material usage.

• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Provide regular project progress updates to management.

• Travel to project sites across Chennai and other branches/properties across India as required.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in construction, civil engineering, or project execution.

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.

• Strong hands-on experience in construction and site management.

• Good knowledge of BOQs, estimation, materials, and project execution.

• Experience managing contractors, vendors, and site teams.

• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.

• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.

• Willingness to travel as required.
