Job Role - Project Manager Civil Projects

Location - Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of restaurant construction and fit-out projects.
• Plan project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor construction quality, safety standards, and compliance with company guidelines.
• Track project progress and ensure timely completion.
• Manage project costs and control budget deviations.
• Review drawings, BOQs, estimates, and technical specifications.
• Ensure statutory approvals and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct regular site visits and resolve construction-related issues.
• Prepare project reports, MIS, and progress updates for management.
• Manage contractor performance and billing certification.
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution and delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
• 5 8 years of relevant experience in project management, construction, retail fit-outs, hospitality, or commercial interiors.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of civil construction, interior fit-outs, MEP coordination, and vendor management.
