Project Manager

About the role

Plan, execute, monitor and control project as per contractual requirements. Liaison with the User, consultants & Authorities on project matters. Ensure smooth implementation of work progress so project can be completed on time, within budget and meet contractual & safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and control project as per contractual requirements
• Liaison with the User, consultants & Authorities on project matters
• Ensure smooth implementation of work progress so project can be completed on time, within budget and meet contractual & safety standards
• Manage suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure compliance in terms schedule and cost
• Monitor construction productivity and provide recommendations for improvement to works
• Preparation of site progress report and necessary documentation
• Ensure that all project documentation including emails exchanges are maintained properly
• Report to top management periodically on status/progress of the project

About you

• Degree or diploma in Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 Years Experience in similar capacity
• Able to work independently and lead project team
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and other Microsoft office software
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
