Project Manager

WE’RE HIRING – COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER / SUPERINTENDENT

NAR Construction Development LLC is looking for an experienced Project Manager / Superintendent to join our growing commercial construction team in South Florida.

We specialize in commercial tenant improvements, retail buildouts, fitness studios, restaurants, offices, and high-end interior construction projects throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and surrounding areas.

Position Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial construction projects from pre-construction through final completion
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, inspectors, and clients
• Maintain and manage project schedules and deadlines
• Supervise daily field operations and subcontractor performance
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and scopes of work
• Coordinate material deliveries and manpower
• Schedule and prepare projects for inspections
• Identify field conflicts and work with the team to resolve them quickly
• Maintain quality control and ensure work meets plans, specifications, and company standards
• Track project progress, change orders, RFIs, punch lists, and closeout items
• Provide regular progress updates to ownership and clients
• Ensure job sites remain organized, professional, and safe
• Hold subcontractors accountable for schedule, workmanship, and completion
• Assist with project budgeting, cost control, and subcontractor coordination

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of commercial construction experience in a Project Manager, Superintendent, or similar role
• Strong experience with commercial interior buildouts / tenant improvements preferred
• Ability to read and understand architectural, MEP, and construction drawings
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and scheduling
• Experience coordinating inspections and working with local building departments
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and projects simultaneously
• Must be dependable, organized, proactive, and able to take ownership of projects
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• English and spanish required.
