Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex infrastructure projects within the construction industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee all phases of project execution, from initial planning through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving project success through effective team collaboration and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications and regulatory standards
• Develop comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software to coordinate timelines and resources effectively
• Manage project budgets by monitoring costs, forecasting expenses, and implementing cost control measures using HeavyBid or comparable cost management tools
• Oversee the preparation and review of construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to facilitate seamless communication and project progression
• Ensure construction site safety protocols are followed diligently in accordance with construction regulations and regulatory compliance standards
• Monitor project progress regularly, identify potential risks or delays early, and implement corrective actions promptly to maintain momentum
• Lead teams on-site and in-office, managing tasks related to project scheduling, resource allocation, and team performance evaluations

Requirements

• Proven experience managing complex infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a strong understanding of heavy civil or similar sectors
• Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Prolog, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, or equivalent tools
• Extensive knowledge of construction estimating, scheduling, cost management, and regulatory compliance practices
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings accurately
• Demonstrated success managing teams in a construction management role with excellent leadership skills
• Strong familiarity with construction site safety procedures and adherence to OSHA or other relevant safety standards
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication skills for coordinating among diverse stakeholders including clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
