Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team. As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing project planning, scope definition, budgeting, and execution from initiation through to final rollout. This role plays a key part in driving successful delivery, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency across our technical implementations. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and clients to ensure system integration projects and hardware/software support are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, define scope and objectives, identify risks, establish budgets, and allocate resources.
• Manage detailed project schedules, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact, facilitating effective communication and providing regular project updates.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards through reviews and implementation of best practices.
• Monitor project performance, provide end-user software/hardware support, and assist with configurations and upgrades.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors on system integration and project implementation, from initiation to rollout.
• Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for the role of Assistant Project Manager.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.

• 1–2 years of relevant working experience preferred.

• Strong presentation and communication skills.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

• Experience in project management within the hotel industry is advantageous.

• Hotel IT experience is an added advantage.

• Knowledge of the following is a plus:

  • Hotel PMS: Oracle Opera, Cambridge
  • Programming Languages: JavaScript, Kotlin, Swift, Java
  • Databases: MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL
  • Version Control & Deployment: Docker, Git, CI/CD, AWS
