Project Manager

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is a must
2. Typically 5–10 years experience in electrical construction or EPC projects.
3. At least 5–10 years in a supervisory or project management role.
4. Experience in GIS and AIS project
5. Strong understanding of electrical systems, SLD, ITP, load calculations, and protection systems.
6. Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, and MS Office
7. Strong leadership and communication, and able to manage multiple teams and deadlines
8. Good problem-solving, decision-making skills, and work under-pressure
9. Willing to be placed anywhere in Indonesia.

Job Descriptions :

1. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and QA/QC teams.
2. Estimate resources, manpower, materials, and tools
3. Oversee installation of electrical systems: power distribution, panel boards, grounding, lighting, MCC, cable trays, etc.
4. Ensure work follows project specifications, electrical codes, and safety standards.
5. Monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and manage daily/weekly site coordination.
6. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and compliance.
7. Attend coordination meetings and present project updates.
8. Ensure smooth collaboration between all project stakeholders.
9. Identifying and financially assessing opportunities and risks, defining and implementing suitable measures for reducing risks or realizing opportunities and taking precautions for remaining risks
10. Prepare BOQ, cost estimation, and project budgeting.
11. Approve purchase requests and ensure materials meet specifications
12. Track expenses and ensure project stays within budget
13. Prepare project reports, progress reports, inspection reports, and handover documents.
14. Maintain as-built drawings and complete final documentation.
15. Support testing & commissioning activities.
