Project Manager

About the role

Apikly is looking for a Project Manager to manage and coordinate digital marketing projects for B2B clients. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are properly planned, executed, and delivered on time while maintaining clear communication between clients and the internal team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple digital marketing projects from planning to execution
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams across SEO, Ads, Content, Creative, and Development
• Create project timelines, priorities, and deliverables
• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met
• Coordinate daily tasks and follow up with team members when needed
• Ensure deliverables meet the agreed scope and quality standards
• Act as the main point of contact for project-related communication with clients
• Manage client requests, feedback, revisions, and project updates
• Identify project issues, delays, or risks and coordinate solutions
• Maintain clear project documentation and status updates

About you

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager, Account Manager, Digital Project Manager, or similar role
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, content, social media, and website development
• Experience managing B2B clients or B2B marketing projects is a strong advantage
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organised
• Able to work independently and take ownership of projects
