🏢 Infrastructure Project Manager | New Office Builds + Refits | London 🏢

Role: Infrastructure Project Manager

Location: Central London - Hybrid, 4 days p/w in the office

Salary: up to £64,000 + 10% bonus

I’m working with a growing flexible workspace business that’s hiring an Infrastructure Project Manager to lead technology delivery across new office builds and major refurbishments.

This is not your typical software-led Infrastructure Project Manager role.

You’ll be much closer to the physical build, working with development, design and construction teams from early planning through to delivery, making sure technology is properly built into each space from day one.

As Infrastructure Project Manager , you’ll be involved across areas such as:

🏗️ New office builds and major refits

🔌 Comms rooms and structured cabling

📶 Wi-Fi and access points

🎥 AV and access control

🌡️ Building and environmental technology

🤝 Managing contractors and working alongside wider construction teams

There’s plenty happening across the estate, with multiple live projects across London and several completely new buildings coming online over the next 18 months.

They’re looking for an Infrastructure Project Manager who has delivered office fit-outs from base build / shell through to completion, understands physical infrastructure, and is comfortable spending time on active construction sites.

You don’t need to be deeply technical or configuring the technology yourself. The Infrastructure Project Manager needs to understand the requirements well enough to challenge, negotiate and represent technology throughout the build.
