Hiring for Project Manager position for Electronic City Office, Bangalore.

Role & responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of project initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
• Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and senior management to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on project milestones and deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members in project management processes.
• Evaluate project outcomes and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in project management with a strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred candidate profile

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Experience in managing projects in [specific industry or domain, e.g., IT, construction, healthcare].
• Familiarity with change management processes.
• Experience with budget management and financial reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 8-10 years of relevant project management experience.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
