Oro Tax Advisors is looking for a dedicated Project Manager to join our amazing team! The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring a high-touch experience and exceptional delivery of our tax strategy services. This individual will meet with assigned clients, coordinate strategic recommendations developed by the Tax Strategist and broader Oro team, and manage ongoing client needs with professionalism and attention to detail. This is a highly collaborative role that blends client relationship management with strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison for a portfolio of clients, building long-term relationships through regular communication and trust.
• Lead monthly/quarterly client meetings following the initial discovery call to provide tactical-level tax insights and progress updates.
• Collaborate with the Tax Strategist to coordinate and implement customized tax plans, ensuring all recommendations are executed timely and accurately.
• Collect and organize supporting documentation from clients following their onboarding phase.
• Respond to client questions and concerns with professionalism and timeliness, delivering a white-glove service experience.
• Coordinate across internal teams to problem-solve and meet unique client needs, escalating issues appropriately.
• Maintain detailed records, task tracking, and follow-ups to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Support overall team goals by contributing to a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in project management, client services, or a related field.
• Familiarity with tax concepts or willingness to learn in a tax-advisory environment.
• Excellent organization, time management, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written/verbal communication; ability to engage with a diverse range of clients
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines
• Comfortable with CRM systems, virtual communication tools, and the Google Suite
• Highest level of professionalism and ethical standards

Compensation:

• Salary: $60,000 - $70,000
• Healthcare, vision, and dental insurance w/ company contributions
• PTO and paid holidays

Location: In-person/Hybrid/Remote options, Ponte Vedra, FL 32081

Status: Full-time

Schedule: M-F, 9-5

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
