Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to independently lead high-impact, 0-to-1 projects within the newly established team.  The role holder is fully accountable for project delivery across the entire lifecycle, operating with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced, evolving business unit.  This position drives agile workflows in a "startup within a corporation" environment, making swift decisions and iterating quickly to deliver results.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Project Ownership: Take full accountability for assigned projects across the full lifecycle — from initiation and planning through to execution, monitoring and closing

• Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive project charters, WBS breakdowns, budgets and schedules, ensuring alignment with the division's strategic goals

• Agile Execution: Establish a streamlined, agile project management mechanism to support rapid trial-and-error, iteration and swift decision-making, avoiding traditional corporate bottlenecks

• Resource & Stakeholder Management: Integrate internal and external resources to build project teams; collaborate cross-functionally to resolve conflicts and ensure high-quality delivery

• Reporting & Communication: Provide clear, transparent weekly progress reports and deliver milestone-based presentations to senior management, proactively surfacing risks and roadblocks

• Risk Management: Oversee risk mitigation, change management and crisis resolution; maintain a robust lessons-learned process to institutionalize key project knowledge

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Engineering or Computer Science or related field

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of leading projects from concept to launch (0-to-1 delivery)

• Proficiency in project management tools and strong data-driven analytical skills

• Effective verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
