- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, productivity, and adherence to specifications.
- Manage procurement activities, including material delivery schedules and subcontractor performance.
- Prepare project reports, progress updates, meeting minutes, and client presentations.
- Review and approve progress billings, variation orders, and project documentation.
- Resolve technical issues, project conflicts, and contractual concerns on time.
- Lead project meetings and maintain effective communication among all stakeholders.
- Ensure successful project turnover, final inspections, punch listing, and close-out documentation.
- Provide support for restaurant operations as needed to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
