What they need
Key Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Priority will be given to candidates with experience in aluminium doors and windows, façade, curtain wall, or glazing projects.
- 3–7 years of experience in construction, aluminium, façade, or glass projects.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience leading teams and coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Strong understanding of project execution, quality control, cost control, and project scheduling.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 is required; familiarity with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with project management software is an advantage.
