Project Manager – Heavy Civil Earthworks

Location: Texas, USA

Duration- 10-14 Months

Candidates must hold a valid US visa and be available to travel to the project location within 15 days.

Project Manager with a strong background in heavy civil earthworks and large-scale site preparation projects .

• Key Requirements Strong experience in heavy civil earthworks, mass excavation, mass fill, grading and site preparation.
• Experience in lime/soil stabilization, flexible base, geogrid, geotextile and haul road construction.
• Experience managing site drainage, culverts, stormwater controls and erosion/sediment control.
• Working knowledge of TxDOT Item 247 and Item 260 and TCEQ stormwater requirements.
• Experience with unit-rate contracts, quantity measurement, verification, progress measurement and change management.
• Strong project management experience covering schedule, cost, resources, subcontractors, quality and client coordination.
• Experience managing projects under compressed programmes and strict client milestone requirements.
• Experience coordinating materials testing, survey control, QA/QC and progress reporting.
• Texas / US Gulf Coast heavy civil experience is strongly preferred.
• Willingness to work 60 hours per week, Monday to Saturday.
