Detailed Job Description:

• We are looking for an experienced Project Lead / Project Manager to manage end-to-end commercial interior fit-out projects from mobilization through final handover
• Key Responsibilities:Manage complete execution of commercial interior fit-out projects
• Prepare project schedules and monitor timely completion
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Plan manpower, materials, machinery, and project resources
• Monitor site progress against approved drawings and specifications
• Control project costs and minimize material wastage
• Conduct site meetings and provide regular project updates
• Coordinate with Procurement for timely material availability and delivery
• Supervise site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors
• Ensure quality standards and EHS guidelines are maintained
• Review contractor bills, vendor invoices, measurements, and project costs
• Coordinate design changes and resolve site execution issues
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports
• Ensure smooth project handover, closure, and final documentation
• Project Exposure:Experience handling commercial projects such as corporate offices, office spaces, retail outlets, co-working spaces, hospitality, or institutional projects, preferably ranging from 2 Crore to 25+ Crore
