📍 Location: Jakarta

✅ Requirements :

• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, PMO leadership,

finance transformation, ERP, EPM, or Financial Consolidation system

implementation projects.

• Strong understanding of Financial Consolidation, Group Reporting,

Financial Close, Intercompany Reconciliation, Management Reporting, and

Financial Planning & Analysis processes.

• Working knowledge of accounting and financial reporting standards,

including IFRS, PSAK, US GAAP, or equivalent frameworks.

• Experience working alongside business sponsors, process owners,

implementation partners, and vendor project managers in complex

enterprise transformation projects.

• Experience with Financial Consolidation or EPM platforms such as Anaplan,

or similar solutions is preferred.

• Proven experience managing and governing project plans, work breakdown

structures (WBS), milestones, timelines, dependencies, and critical paths

across multiple workstreams.

• Hands-on experience managing RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and

Dependencies) logs and driving issue resolution through appropriate

governance forums.

• Experience monitoring project financials, including budget tracking,

forecasts, burn rates, resource utilization, and variance management.

• Experience coordinating SIT, UAT, cutover planning, deployment readiness,

and post-go-live stabilization activities.

• Strong understanding of project governance, steering committees,

executive reporting, vendor management, and stakeholder communication.

• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and other

project collaboration platforms.

• Proficiency in report visualization and project reporting tools, including

Power BI or equivalent dashboarding solutions.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for project

analysis, reporting, and executive presentations.

• Experience using Microsoft Project or equivalent project planning and

scheduling tools.

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate

effectively across finance teams, process owners, implementation partners,

vendors, and senior leadership.

• Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops, governance meetings,

steering committees, and cross-functional decision-making sessions.

• Professional working proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with the

ability to facilitate meetings, prepare project documentation, and

communicate effectively with local and international stakeholders.
