What they need
- Plan, manage, and oversee the implementation of OSP, ODN, FTTH, and Transport projects from mobilization through completion.
- Manage project scope, schedule, manpower, materials, equipment, and budget.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, ROW teams, and other project stakeholders.
- Monitor daily project progress and ensure work is aligned with approved plans, designs, and project schedules.
- Supervise and coordinate Site Engineers, Design Engineers, ROW Officers, Splicers, Linemen, and subcontractor teams.
- Ensure proper implementation of fiber optic installation, cable laying, splicing, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Review and monitor project designs, BOQ/BOM, work plans, and as-built documentation.
- Conduct regular site inspections and project meetings to identify and resolve project issues.
- Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and productivity of project teams.
- Ensure proper utilization and accountability of project materials, tools, vehicles, and equipment.
- Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely delivery to project sites.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with client specifications, company policies, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Prepare and submit project progress reports, accomplishment reports, manpower reports, and other required documentation.
- Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Coordinate with the client regarding project concerns, approvals, inspections, and acceptance.
- Ensure proper completion, testing, punch listing, and turnover of completed sites.
- Perform other project-related duties as may be assigned by management.
