Project Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee housing projects and land development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a licensed Civil Engineer with a proven track record in managing large-scale projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and supervise multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and consultants.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely project milestones.

Technical Oversight:

• Provide expertise in steel methodology and construction practices to ensure structural integrity and compliance with standards.
• Oversee civil and structural design aspects of housing projects and land development.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Obtain necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities.

Budget Management:

• Monitor project budgets and control costs without compromising quality.
• Prepare financial reports and forecasts for management review.

Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Resolve project-related issues promptly to minimize impact on timelines and costs.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and present progress reports, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Civil Engineer (required).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on housing projects and land development.
• Extensive knowledge of steel construction methodology and its application in residential and commercial projects.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD).
• Strong understanding of construction safety standards, building codes, and land development regulations.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php55,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
