Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join Creative Infosolutions, Inc. in Taguig City, Metro Manila on a full-time basis. As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from conception through completion, ensuring that all initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is pivotal to our organisation's success, as you will be the driving force behind coordinating teams, managing resources, and maintaining stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Your strategic oversight will directly impact our reputation, profitability, and ability to secure future projects.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise, and execute construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality specifications
• Develop comprehensive project schedules, resource allocation plans, and risk management strategies
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when deviations from the plan occur
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and control costs to maximise profitability
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with safety standards, building codes, and contractual requirements
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and progress reports
• Communicate project status updates to clients, senior management, and relevant stakeholders
• Identify and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on all project sites

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in construction project management
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations
• Proficiency in project management software and tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with sound decision-making skills
• Experience with budget management and cost control
